Happy Valentines Day Prairie Riders!!!!
Just sending out a quick update about our 2nd club trip this year to Gateway Lodge in Land o' Lakes, WI, this past weekend! I think we had about the same amount of people as for the Butternut trip, 35-38. Another awesome trip!
Weather/snow conditions were perfect! Friday morning it was a bit nippy, -26°F, but the day warmed up to perfect snowmobiling weather. Trails were great, lakes were plentiful! (Me likey lakes!!!)
The club dinner on Saturday night was a huge success! No issues like last year and the food was delicious! (And so was the dessert! I think I've started a new club trip tradition!)
Jeff Willems will have to get a new sled though, he's not happy, he loved that sled!!! BUT HE IS OK! Thank God! It was quite the Prairie Rider Team effort to get him towed, (wish my camera would take better videos, Jamie the Stunt Rider would have been great for YouTube!) but that's what we're all about!
Bummer about Jeff's sled! I hope everything is alright with Jeff. Are their pictures of the wreckage?
