Judy Pietkiewicz's pictures of 2005 camping trip to Pearl Lake show one of our newest members, Kendra, having a great time, along with everyone else that participated.

On July 15-17, 2005, Prairie Riders summer camping trip was held at Pearl Lake Campground in South Beloit, Ill., a resort on the Illinois-Wisconsin state line. Outdoor attractions include camping, scuba diving and swimming at beautiful Pearl Lake. Guests also could enjoy a dinner at Pearl Lake Restaurant.The campground has basic tenting sites as well as sites with electricity and water, and the restrooms have flush toilets and hot water showers.

The summer picnic was held on September 17, 2005, at at Hansen Park in Bristol, Wis. Club members Jeff and Wendy Harris organized the event.

There was great grilled food, corn, beer and soda. There were games for the kids as well as volleyball, horseshoes, mini snowmobile races, helmet toss and more, along with prizes.

On July 15-17, 2005, the Prairie Riders traveled to Pearl Lake Campground in South Beloit, Ill., for the annual camping trip. Club members could enjoy time together at the group campsite. Great times were had at the wonderful beach with a tiki bar and music, and many played at the volleyball court and fishin' hole (lake). The group dinner on Saturday night a potluck event.
